How to delete your data

Disconnect Meta or Google

1. In Shopify admin, open Apps → TagGap → Destinations and choose the destination.
2. Select Disconnect. TagGap deletes that platform's access token at once and stops reading from it.
3. You can also remove access on the platform: Facebook Settings → Business integrations, or Google Account → Third-party connections.

Delete everything for a store

Uninstall TagGap from Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels. Access tokens are deleted immediately; 48 hours later Shopify sends a deletion request and all remaining data for the store, including data received from Meta and Google, is deleted.

Ask us

Email privacy@taggap.com from the store owner's address with the store domain. We confirm deletion within 30 days. Free scanner reports: send the email address you used.
