Billing questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and the Free plan has no time limit.

How am I billed?

Through Shopify. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice in USD; you can change or cancel your plan from the Plans page in the app.

What happens if I go over my order limit?

Nothing breaks. TagGap keeps checking at most daily and asks you to upgrade before showing new alerts.

Do agencies get multi-store access?

Pro / Agency covers up to 25 stores and includes API access.

What is the Founding merchant offer?

The first 100 stores to choose a Founding plan get a 30-day free trial and then pay the Founding price (Starter $24.50, Growth $64.50, Pro / Agency $149.50 a month) for as long as they stay on a Founding plan. Switching between Founding plans keeps the price; cancelling or moving to a regular plan ends it. There are no codes or other conditions.
