Ad link cannot be reached

TagGap could not connect to the link (DNS, TLS or timeout).

Why it matters

If TagGap cannot reach the page, some visitors cannot either.

How to fix it

1. Check the domain in the link is spelled correctly and still points to your store (Shopify admin → Settings → Domains).
2. Confirm the SSL certificate is active for that domain.
3. If the link uses a tracking or shortener domain, confirm that service is still running.
